(A New Way of Life, Intuitive Guidance & New Merch)
Greetings dear reader. I am very excited to write today’s post. As you can see I am taking a week off from writing the chakra series. It has been fun, interesting and a lot of work, yet I am very pleased so far and I hope you have been too. Next week I will resume the series with a post all about the third eye chakra.
Follow the Rhythm of Your Soul
Here I would like to remind you that; life begins to go really well when we say no as often as we say yes. For instance, I could have ignored my body and mind which were begging me to take a break from so much mental activity. As I mentioned, the chakra series has been a labor of love that involves a lot of mental activity. My mind was putting in a strong request for a break and my body has also been pleading with me for more attention.
So, in order to honor my mind and body, I said no to the chakra series this week and yes to my body and mind. Because of the way I have designed my life, I have the choice to ask myself at the beginning of the day, “ Is it more of a physical day, an emotional day, a mental day, or a creative day?”. Based on the answer I hear, I can shape my day around one of those themes. It is a very intuitive and liberating way to live.
It is novel to me and it does not always go as planned, but this is my new approach and I am very excited about it. Living this way gets me out of societal programming and answers more to my soul’s calling while honoring my mind, body and spirit. I believe it is how we are meant to live. I think were it not for societal conditioning, many of us would naturally follow a more intuitive and inspired rhythm and cadence.
What’s New on C.O.N.E?
CONE IS AN ACRONYM
As you may have noticed, the acronym for Creators of New Earth is CONE. Cone refers to pine cone (my love for nature) and also for planting new seeds in the garden of my life and in the mind of people who read my blog, listen to my YouTube channel or participate on my Facebook pages. Cone also refers to the pine cone which is the symbol for the third eye, or pineal gland (our inner vision). The logo for Creators of New Earth is the Eye of Horus symbol which also symbolizes the pineal gland. If you look closely at the logo, you will notice, the pupil of the eye is a pine cone.
Though there are different types of pine cones, many have eight spirals in one direction and thirteen in another. 8/13 is a very important date for me as it is the day that my father passed away in 2020. My Father once said to me that he wished there was a way for me to share my wisdom with the world. When he passed he sent me a one word message which was, “creativity”. In that way my Father was in part the catalyst and inspiration for this blog as well as my other creative offerings.
August 13th is also the day that I was visited by Merlin last summer. If you are interested , I wrote about it - you can find the post here. I also learned yesterday, that the Mayans believed that the world was conceived on August thirteenth which brings a new special meaning to this already important date. New Earth - 8/13, what a fabulous synchronicity!
DIVINE GUIDANCE (Intuitive Guidance Services)
As you may have noticed, I changed the font of the website from the previous one to the one you are reading now. I feel this font is a little more delicate and a little less sterile. I also edited the bio and about sections of the page just today to include my Intuitive Guidance and Mentorship services, which I am absolutely thrilled about! The name of my new endeavor is Divine Guidance. Currently Divine Guidance does not have it’s own website or scheduling app ( like Schedulicity for example). To set up a session, you can send an email to divineguidancesessions@gmail.com with Divine Guidance as the subject heading and we will take it from there.
Sessions are offered either by phone, or video chat according to your preference. For the first six months sessions will be priced at $88.00 for one hour. In January there will be a price increase. There are also options to purchase sessions for friends, family and loved ones.
It is with great pleasure that I am now offering my services in this way and I am curious and excited to witness the journey unfold. This announcement is my official soft opening.

Though it may be of no interest to anyone but me, I will insert a link to Joanne Sacred Scribes website for the meaning of number 628, as 6/28 marks the day on which I formally made this announcement. As you may or may not know, numbers play a huge role in my life. Joanne Sacred Scribes number 628. Also I have to mention, I just saw 5:55 on the clock which for some is a number associated with Yeshua. And if you add up 6+2+8+2+0+2+3, you get 23, which adds up to 5. Well there it is , those synchronicities that I know and love so well. How exciting to watch them appear before my eyes as I write this!
Thank goodness, I found this out before I hit the publish button. I am flabbergasted! Guess what? Today is the birthday of an enlightened being named Guru Padmasambhava ( his name means “ One Who was Born in the Lotus). He was responsible for bringing the teachings of the Buddha from India to Tibet. This means a lot to me as I studied and practiced Tibetan Buddhism for a long time.
I have even visited a cave in Nepal where he used to meditate. For many years I had a Thangka (a painting on cotton applique framed in fabric) of him that hung on my wall. I bought it in Nepal and had it blessed by a terton. A terton is believed to be a reincarnation of one of the main 25 disciples of Padmasambhava. That same terton had recently given me a Padmasambhava empowerment while I was in Nepal. That is another story for another time.
At a very important crossroads in my life, I made supplications to him ( Padmasambhava) at my altar, asking to be pointed in the right direction. My prayers were answered which ultimately lead me to become an acupuncturist. How timely then, that he should appear as I switch gears to a new vocation. I am speechless! The picture of my former altar where I made my supplications now sits on my present altar.
NEW MERCH
I admit I am not the most tech savvy person you will ever meet, but I am learning and it feels very liberating! It has been a long time dream of mine to get some shirts and other merchandise out in the world that have inspirational sayings and designs. Toward that endeavor, I have created a website for my first creations. On the homepage of CONE (my blog post website) in the far right margin you will see the word SHOP. If you click on the words MERCH WITH HEART, it will take you directly to my merch website. There you will find a wide variety of shirts and sweatshirts for men and women - organic options included. You will also find aprons, mugs, water bottles, totes and stickers. You can visit the shop here.

You may have noticed that I often include within my posts, links to talks on my YouTube channel. Now on the CONE website (also in the far right margin) I have included a link to my channel. You simply look for the word PODCAST ( not at the top, but in the far right margin). Under podcast, you will see a link to my channel. Simply click on it and it will bring you directly there. After close to a year of putting out a podcast almost every Sunday, there is a substantial archive to choose from. Busy as a Bee
So as you can see my friends, I have been as busy as a bee, churning out lots of new creations in service of humanity and in service of my own divinely inspired creativity. What might you say no to this week, so that you can say yes to something else? How are you following the threads of your own creative inspiration? Are you listening to the voices of your body, mind and spirit? I sure hope so dear reader and if not, well - now is a perfect time to begin! Remember, the present (moment) is a gift.
I share my joys and triumphs with you in hopes that you may share yours with others. I share my sorrows and struggles too when I have them, because we are all human.
